When there is a "rule" to move on a Monday the very act of doing it sparks less joy in your body and mind. Fitness should not be a chore!

Feeling sick is your body’s way of telling you that you need to create boundaries for yourself and slow down.
Are you declining social events or engaging with others in community? There can be other ways to do something good for your soul other than getting a workout in!
