"Depending on what they are, our habits will either make us or break us. We become what we repeatedly do."
Sean Covey
First, be intentional and specific with what area of life you'd like to improve upon. The more specific and simplistic you are, the easier it will be to keep this habit.
It's a simple task but one that can set the tone for your day. Before you even brush your teeth, you would have accomplished one 'to do' so even if you don't accomplish everything on your list of things to do, you know you at least did this.
Go about your day with a short list of priorities. You don't have to get 10 items done in a day. Start each morning by writing down your top 3 priorities. Break these down into a simple form.
We can all be so consumed with stress and anxiety throughout the day so it's important to take care of your health. Take your vitamins so you can keep yourself nourished.
